Politoed!? Thats a crazy idea, then you wont have endless rain.
Honestly the one you should take off is either Necturna or
Malaconda.

take off Malaconda, it is less use to you. Replace Necturnas
moveset with something more useful, not offensive, like:
Necturna@ Leftovers
Forewarn; Bold
252 HP 252 SpAtk 4 Def
- Calm Mind
- Will-o-Wisp
- Stored Power
- Giga Drain
It is a bulky set that capitalizes the fact that it can sweep
while at the same time being VERY bulky at 6+ SpDef. With Stored
Power, at 6+ SpDef 6+ SpAtk it reaches 200 BP. Its great typing
and ability allows it to keep ontop of its opponents. And its
base Defenses are great. Especially on a Rain team, this Pokemon
will succeed.
And meh, I dont know what Krilowatt set you should use, maybe a
set consisting of:
- Charge
- Thunder
- Rest
- Sleep Talk/Ice Beam

1. Charge is bad
2. Shift Gear is actually quite nice, although I usually prefer
Spore, I can see why he uses Shift Gear
I always use Krilowatt with Life Orb, normal EV's
Earthpower
Surf
Thunderbolt / Thunder
Ice Beam

I know but Charge is Krilos only boosting move
Also I prefer the bulky set to tank many things

I kept NEcturna it's old way cause it did some good work in the
past.
