Effect: boosts speed, defence and Special Defence by 1 stage.
aditional effect: changes form.
Airial--> Resting
Smog launch:
Type: Flying
PP: 10 min, 16 max
Power: dependent on smog absorbs done.
30 after one absorb (30 to launch into the air, 30 to spare)
2 absorbs: 80 power (30+50)
3 absorbs: 120 power (30+50+40)
4 absorbs: 150
5 absorbs: 170
6 (max) absorbs:180
Accuracy: 100
Aditional effects: 10% chabce to poison. Removes all absorbs,
changes form.
Resting--> Airial
category: special.
reach: hits one target (can hit all in triple battle)

it's as strong as quiver dance, only more defensive (lol crit)
also +1 on base 60 speed is not that great, i could remove the
defence boost though... but only as a last straw.

I vote Negative on the 3 stat raises one, especially because it
is on a 550 BST mon and it is better Cosmic Power as it can
outspeed things too, I might change but this is it currently
Smog Blow: i will abstain now, but if it gets a Stockpile, Spit
Up effect with Smog Absorb, I will vote positive on them (I
think)
