The Griffin forms of the Legendary birds are now being counted
as other forms are. That is, they aren't part of the type,
evolution, and Pokemon counts, opening up a few more slots for
new pokemon.

no we decided they are seperate Pokemon because it would be too
many changes to the legendary Bird trio
