Toxic Waste
Description: Noxious waste that wreaks a foul odor. It is
damaging to touch or ingest.
Effect: If a Pokemon uses a draining move or an item
switching/stealing move, they instead lose HP in relation to
their weakness to the Poison Type. Also, any recovery or item
swapping effects are canceled.
(This includes Pluck, Thief, Switcheroo, and Trick.) (If the
holder is not Poison-Type, they lose damage in relation to their
weakness to the Poison Type every turn.
Fling power: 80
Buy: 5000
Sell: 1000

Negative just do Black Sludge/Poison Barb for evolving, lots of
things boost poison moves already (Plate, another Item that I
don't know name of)
