Palkia and Dialga were still battling eachother when Zekrom
Dragon Clawed both o them in the face; they both got angry and
used their signature STABs, but Celebi warped their attacks back
in time so they never existed. Reshiram used Dragon Pulse, but
they dodged it. Palkia and Dialga were working together to take
them down for the first time!
Meanwhile Mesprit was stunned thinking about who that was that
took him and the 2 mysterious other Pokemon that hatched from
the egg away in the past. He was just staring into the void,
until he saw an Unown blinking at him, then he woke from his
trance.

Extract from the notebook of Mesprit: I saw the worst battle
ever...it was terrifying. However one thing was clear to me from
the moment i saw it, palkia and Dialga were much to fast for us.
This called for a trick room! I set it up with relative ease,
and warned everyone to move as slow as possible. but, they
wouldn't listen to the newbie in the group. Well that's not
true, Metagross, Palkia and Dialga listened. Palkia and Dialga
are smart pokemon, there's no denying that, as they heard me
send the signal, and immediately responded, changing their style
of play. Instead of quickly attacking, they used moves like
counter, or got a great boost in speed of charging roar of time,
a slow progress...this was too much for Celebi and Kyurem to
handle. they both died rather quickly, and were sent to a really
early grave. What happened to Charizard and Amoongus, noone
knows. The battle turned out to be a rough one,but...
Metagross: Mesprit, why are you always writing in that notebook?
Mesprit: it keeps your head clear, as what you write is easily
removed from your mind.
Metagross: Maybe i should try that too.
Mesprit: Meta, believe me, a mind functions different then a
computer...
then a powerful spacial rend hit, and the battle wasn't over.

Rotom was suspiciously floating away; both Mesprit and Meta
noticed. He didnt look trustworthy...
He grabbed an Omega Unown and pointed it towards the fight. He
went towards Dialga And Palkia (which were now working together)
and pointed it toward them and in a justified tone:
Omeganown: I grant you the power to return to ARCEUS!
Palkia and Dialga (in sync): Why should we trust YOU?!
Omeganown: Because you have not noticed that fighting these
inferior Pokemon has brought you together for the first time. If
you do not stop, the universe will be at stake.
They looked at eachother understandably and made a fused
Timespace Continuem portal and went through it to see Arceus.
Reuni: What are we going to do now!?
Mesprit: Look, they left a portal for us... to the Distortion
World!!!

Zekrom hit Palkia with an overpowered fusion bolt, and palkia
took severe damage...or he would've hadn't he had a sitrus
berry. But suddenly, Arceus showed up.
Arceus: Dialga, Palkia, all the other legendaries, What in the
world are you doing?
Dialga: fighting, sir.
Palkia: like we always do when we have free time.
Reshiram: Wait a second: you two can do more than psychotically
groan?
Dialga: of course we can, we're sophisticated pokemon after all.
Zekrom: that=s it, i'm going home. Resh, don't forget our 2 o'
clock appointment.
Reshiram: you mean our battle?
Zekrom: sush, not in front of Arceus, he can destroy us in the
twinkling of an eye.
Arceus: i have amazing senses, you know, i just heard you.
Zekrom: Run.
Arceus : to where?
Zekrom: right... can anyone give us a lift, i have my ideals ya
know.
Resh: that's the truth.
Arceus: dialga, palkia, send those two home, i don't want them
to make any more puns!
D&P: yessir
as was said, as was done, all the surviving battlers were sent
home, all except the biggest heroes.
Arceus: you all get one answer on a question: what do you want
to know?
Metagross: how are you here? weren't you warning darkrai?
Arceus: how do you know!
Meta: i have access to the internet and read the story, duh.
Arceus: stop doing that: otherwise you'll spoil yourself.
Meta: don't worry, i won't tell them! i'll die next chapter
anyways...
Arceus: Aha... Rotom?

Mesprit:" should we enter it? Lo...l, darkrai is there."
Melo:"you were going to say lord again, weren't you?"
Mesprit: "No... ok, maybe."
Metagross:" my sensors and access to google tell me that we are
goinb to go there, and that i will die there. Also a cresselia
is near.
Mesprit: can you please stop giving spoilers, whilst breaking
the fourth wall?
Melo: " well i can't wait... next stop: dead darkrai."
Reuniclus:"hey, we can't leave this innocent unknown pokémon
here.
Meta: why not, that meatbag hasn't said anything yet.
All:oooohoo
Meta: What?
Mesprit:" Meta, i know i touched you, but you don't have to lose
your emotions"
Reuni: well, he is a machine anyways.
Melo:are you guys done with your tea party? someone just carry
that unkown poke, and let's get going.

So I'm just going of Porygon's version.
The party heads through the portal, into the distortion world.
There, they meet all the bad pokemon ghosts. Some Haunters beg
them to break them out, but one pokemon stands out. Chandelure.
Chandelure: I know why you're here!
Reuni: How could you know?
Chand: Because I'm here for the same reason. Except I'm from the
future. I was sent back by Dialga to stop Giratina from taking
power and destroying the world.
Everyone: WHAT?!
Reuni: Giratina take over the whole Tri-State Area world?
Mespirit: How?
Chand: Well, you all try to stop him, but he gains many
followers who are being tortured here in the Distortion World
and have nothing to live for. But he promises them things,
things you and I can only dream if. So they join him. They fight
for his cause. And they win.

btw, wouldn't it be funny to release the whole story once it=s
done?
or does the story continue in part 3?
p.s. whenever there are 2 lines, look for clues to figure out
which one is real (i said non-cannon under my post& continued of
missile's story
