I am proposing these two lines together because of their close
relation. When the Pokemon change forms they lose all moves and
get the moves they would have most recently gotten through level
up. Also, I'm not too sure about Tyfusion and Cyclord, so feel
free to give lots of feedback on those. Only the standard forms
should be counted in type counting.

Please I ask the following from you:
Only Flying types
No Dual Typed
No Dark, Ice, Dragon, Steel, Ghost, Bug, Rock or Grass Mons
Limit it to lower than 480 BST
No Drastic Stats (like 200 spatk and 10 Atk)
Good names btw ;)
