Imma give it a negative partially because of the signature
ability and two signature moves, but mainly because of the BST.
550 is a rather rare BST. Plus, I don't even know what it looks
like. Just 'a bird.' Which isn't a gripping design, I'm afraid.
Edit: Also, Pure Poison to Pure Flying is unprecedented.

please lower BST a lot, (I still think Poison levitate is better

Negative because Derpy movelist not following a pattern and
having strange level-up moves.
But strangely enough I like Acid Rain for a move to make
Poison-types actually good

I quite largely changed Flyoxide. Might i ask to consider not
counting any votes uptill now, starting counting from reply 17
and onwards?

You seem to have most of the requirements, but I need a TM list
to see if it really is viable competitively. I'm giving it a
negative because that BST is really high for a Poison or Flying
type off the bat, and it just seems that the ability is already
in existence. Air Lock or Cloud Nine are equivalents. Make sure
you relook this, and maybe it can be viable.

i promised myself not to respond... but lets get this clear:
i have no tm/hm's listed, because i don't know which ones would
be in. aside from that, i'm trying to get a OU worthy poison
type, as i think there is none! (Arceus poison is in ubers, i
know, yet it's not the same)
Also, smog is different: as soon as Rayquaza/Cloud niner, leaves
the field, the weather comes back as it was! Smog stops all
weather, dead in it's track, that's the difference!
