no Heart Scale moves don't exist, just if something have too
much moves at level 1, it doesn't have some at they must be
relearned by Heart Scale, - represents from the start on

No, those are level 0 moves. Heart scale moves are the - moves,
at least iirc.

Oh Pokedex Entrys:
Entry 1
It was thought to be an entirely new species of Pokemon. It was
then discovered to be related to Onix by a Scientist.
Entry 2
It is very hard; hard enough to be crushed with a Garbage
Disposal and not have a crack. It eats only a special type of
rock.
Species: Baby Rock Snake Pokemon
EV Yield: Same as Onix

Most stuff is same as Onix except height and weight.
