It it Fire type and it is described as a small spherical crab
with 6 smal feet and a shell on its back. It has 2 small pincers
and has weird looking eyes. It stores heat in its shell and
lives in warm water, blowing superheated steam at its prey.

Hmm looks interesting so far, but I guess it is not yet
finished.
you might want to create a level difference between Flare Blitz
and Hydro Pump though.

I don't like this as dual-typed, make it just Fire, the name is
too long, maybe Infermit (Inferno+Hermit) or Cruscald
(Crustacean+Scald) if you insist on Fire/Water type, also I
don't like all the Fire/Water moves on all the same levels
whether or not you keep the Water typing.
