Focusing Range
Normal
BP --- Acc --- PP 5
The user focuses its eyes and miind to the point that it can
focus all of its attacks with wide-range for one turn. On the
next turn upon using this, the move used will (if not already
and only in doubles/triples) hit all adjacent opposing Pokemon,
but not your team mate(s). Fails in Rotations and Single
Battles. Fails if user uses multi-Pokemon attackinf move like
Heat Wave or Discharge. Each one hit counts their accuracy
individually (like Stone Edge can hit only 1 Pokemon and miss
the other). They also each have a chance to activate an ability
or something with effects like Poison Point, Iron Barbs, and
Destiny Bond.

Specify whether it gets the damage debuff in doubles, and make
the same sound less clunky.

Umm ok this is how it works
Turn 1 of a doubles battle: You use this move
Turn 2 of a Doubles Battle: You use Flamethrower and it becomes
a psuedo Heat Wave with perfect accuracy.
It basically makes your next move a wide-ranged move like Heat
Wave and Rock Slide. But in Triples, it multiplies the base
damage and then divides it by the number of targets.
