i used tiny pic o.O, go on google and type tinypic, click the
first link and upload the file to that and it will turn it into
a img code, btw sorry if the guide is small -_- idk how to make

its a bit to small you may want to use or to get Photoshop cs5
from a site or just buy it. the program will allow to do so much
more then paint
