       We wondered by both Lloyds Bank plc and the bond holders Utmost,
       were not interested in the phishing in my accounts, so we asked
       the regulators.  Lloyds said it was no concern of theirs, so we
       opened an account with the Bank of Scotland instead.  Then for
       the regulators in the Republic. They said I could not share the
       documents with anyone, I said I would share them with who I
       liked, they are my documents.  After two years they have not
       investigated, so we will get the courts to investigate instead.
