Lucy (from Elfin Lied) and Black Star (from Soul Eater)

MewTwo (from Pokemon)
The fight takes place in a heavy urban area. Neither side knows
about the other. All out!

Awesome... I'm so glad you posted this game!
I think Black Star and Lucy can take this. Lucy's telekinesis
and Black Stars speed can give them some more variety of attacks
and defenses. They would have to play it smart and I think they
could do it... that is if Lucy doesn't become so annoyed with
Black Star that she uses her powers to rip his ego and physical
body to shreds lol.

I honestly don't think Lucy could take on Black Star....But for
the sake of the fight, they are using perfect team work.
I think Mewtwo can wipe the floor with the both of them
actually, his durability and pure psychic strength are sick.

Since neither side knows jack about the other, Id say Mew 2 cos
he can learn about them much faster than Black Star and Lucy can
about him lol

True....also, hasn't Mewtwo blocked a Hyper Beam with just his
Psychic Shield?
I wonder how well Black Star would fare though....His speed is
insane. Leaving multiple after images? Moving faster than Mach 8
for sure. Plus, he has incredible damage tanking.... multiple
weapon forms.... Blask Star has a chance I would think

Yeah, if Mew2 doesnt wtf-pwn them at the beginning, then I think
after a while Black Star could gain the upper hand....and as for
Lucy vs Mew2, Lucy has the stronger will to kill, so I think
that definitely gives her a edge.

Protect can be broken. There are weaker Pokemon that can learn
it. Such as Machop lolz
Two words...Brick Break. XD
so if a machop can break it, so can Lucy and Black Star
