       i feel awful...*sigh*

       @realperson....i hope you forgive my misconduct towards you,
       because i feel awful about it right now. i hope you dont take it
       personally, because i've literally done the same thing to
       friends and relatives....and i felt horrible then, too. its my
       lifelong struggle: controlling my emotions. i havent just lashed
       out at you; i've done it to many people. and of course, felt bad
       in the end. i wont be surprised if either say or think that i
       make myself miserable. i can understand why you would think
       that. or why anyone else would. when my dad was around, i had
       run-ins with him, too (a bit too many, i feel). again, the same
       result: regret. for me, this is literally an endless battle. and
       i know its gonna be like that my whole life....im just stuck
       like this. *sigh*

       and i really, really wish i could start over...but i know im
       just gonna lose it again...*sigh* omg man.... i'll never escape
