       The DM rules are not clearly defined, so let me put it up:
       1. Wanted players cannot hunt for cops & kill them. They can
       only attack them if they feel that a cop is chasing them, or
       trying to get them.
       2. Innocents cannot attack innocents without any reason.
       3. Innocents cant attack cops without reason.
       4. Innocents cant attack wanted without reason.
       5. Cops cannot attack innocents, except in self defense.

       Players should not:
       - Follow / Disturb an Admin if they are on duty.
       - Ask an Admin for anything this being; Free Weapons, Teleports
       (if stuck / glitched use /askadmin), Event.
       - Spamming an Admin via /PM asking for anything.
       Not following these could result in either:
       - Being Warned, Being Jailed, Being Kicked.
       Excessive of not following could result in a Vacation.
       Note: An Admin will not do anything if an player says "Hacker ID
       #, Cheater ID #" as players should know to do "/report <id>
       <reason>.
