Attachment capability is way too low

You've got to shrink a photo or screenshot down to a very small
size to get it up here, and then it's only one per post. I know
that'll discourage lots of potential contributors.

I was able to tweak a setting that I think was causing the
problem. I also found a setting that may have been preventing
the upload of multiple files at once. If you continue to
experience the same problem please let me know.

All I have handy here at the office are some very small pics -
I'll post some 600x800 later from home - that's the magic
number, and 10 per post is the standard.
