Well i am starting to feel a little more human. Since i got my
ass out if bed ive had 2 paracetamol, 2 spoons of cavonia, put
olbas oil on my clothes and vapour rub on my chest. It seems to
have helped xxx

:) Well it's clear that Loz has respect for me because she
followed all my instructions that I gave her this morning, yep
she listens to everything I tell her, ummm did you also do the
bath in jello cos that will really make you feel top of the
world xxx :P
