Comments You may have never heard the term “ telephone
etiquette ” in reference to a call center . You should not
confuse it with a certificate or rule, as it is more related to
the term "dress etiquette". In contact centers it is used to
refer to the rules established by the call center itself to
communicate, addressed to the agents.

talking to customers. This "label" allows, regardless of the
agent that responds, to do so in the same way as the previous or

type of conversation. Use the loudspeaker only when necessary
