Dicing rules (Suggested rules).

Hi,
As you all may or may not know, dicing has recently been added
to the game. For 1500 Donator points, you can purchase a dice
bag at ::home.
To avoid scams and so on and so forth, i believe a few rules
should be put into place for the hosts of dicing;
- A 'Trusted' rank to be incorporated into the game to allow
new/inexperienced betters to know who can be trusted. This rank
can be earned by paying a deposit to either A- Jamian, B- A
suitable gambling NPC whom will take an amount 100m for example
and you will receive this back. This rank would not prevent
people from dicing without said rank, but will reduce the chance
of scammers. Anyone caught scamming will have their 100m deposit
voided and the money will be removed from the game.
- No ::yell-ing 'Hosting dicing 58x2 at home'. It causes spam. I
believe a new ::gamble are should be added, with banks, shops
and more gambling related items in said area.
- Scamming. When a player wants to gamble, the host should have
to make sure the player knows the rules and for the host to
reassure the gambler by having the 'trusted' rank (Above).
- Dice bags. I do not believe dice bags should be obtainable by
shops in all honesty. They should have to be bought from Jamian
for the 100m deposit and when the dice are returned, Jamian
returns said deposit. If a host were to scam a player, their
dice would be removed from their account.
As regards to anyone whom wishes to scam in dicing, it is low.
So please don't do it.

I disagree here, I think making it so you have to spend real
money would have less of a chance for scamming. Because in all
reality will you scam if you are loosing really money? Or just
100m which is some pixels that don't hold a true value. Now I do
believe that the dice bags shouldn't cost less then 50$ to
reduce the chance of scamming therefore making it so if one does
scam he looses out on said 50$. No one in the game really has
100m... Which Jamian said in his video. That's just my two cents
in all this. I do love the fact of dice bags coming back and
when I get back from Tinian I will be purchasing my own set of
Dice Bags, hopefully no one messes this up for me in the month
that I am gone for!

Thanks for the feedback, how about my original idea of being
able to get the dice bags as you can now, but having to pay the
100m for the official dicer or trusted dicer rank?
