       Broken client?

       After downloading the newest and most up-to-date client (better
       safe than sorry ;P), I'm always getting a black screen that
       tries to load the main menu, then retries the connection,
       showing a countdown. I've tried redownloading several times and
       nothing works.
       If I go onto the web client, Java won't let me run it and says
       it's a no-no. My firewall isn't blocking anything, my Java is
       up-to-date.
       What do I do?

       I had the same problem go to the java control consol then under
       security click edit web list or what ever  it is and add the
       site :)

       It still says that it's trying to connect to the main menu, even
       after I let the exception go.
