Duct Tape Abusing Powers

- The person you're reporting's In-Game name = Duct Tape
- What rule did they break? = Abusing powers
- Any proof you might have = To be honest i have non seeing as
you can't really keep proof but if you ask alot of people he
kicks for no reason bans and alot more, he kicked me because i
went to corp then threatened to ban me
- Any other info you might have = None really maybe this
