As the night went on, one dream would stay with her, almost
lucid in it's substance, yet she could do nothing to sway it's
outcome. She would arrive at her shop for work, the cloaked
figure standing at the door, as if waiting for her. He held out
       her hand and whispered.
"Come with me." She would put her hand in his and in a poof of
that black mist, they'd be gone. He'd appear them before a thick
forest edge, lined in bramble bushes and Hawthorne. He let go of
her hand and with his back to the bramble, he stepped backwards
into it. A very small clearing of bramble and Hawthorne pushing
to the sides, creating a small path. She would hesitate before
stepping forth, like she was being pulled forward rather than
moving her feet willingly. Her body pierced the veil and she'd
feel an odd sensation pass through her body. Every ounce of her
would tingle and at the same time, feel like small shocks of
       electricity surged through her skin.
On the other side of the bramble, she would be greeted with
endless night sky. Millions upon millions of stars, almost
flooding the sky unlike her normal night sky. The moon shown at
it's brightest, the glory of the night. And the night sky
illuminated an endless soft green landscape stretching on
infinity, just as the night sky did before her.
Some distance ahead of her, the dark figure stood, cloaked in
the darkness. She'd start walking in his direction and as she
got closer, she'd see his hands tucked in front of him. Pink
petals and their flowers glowing in his palms.
"These are special petals, meant to allure one to another." He
dropped them and let them float to the ground. "But I think
you're the bond." He whispered. He shed his cloak, revealing his
half unclothed body, his shoulder length wavy hair falling
around his muscled shoulders. He was very well built, and tan.
His violet eyes glowed even brighter to her. "I will find you
again." he told her, walking up to her and pressing a gentle
kiss to her forehead before she was released from the dream
spell and given the chance to awaken.

When Anya woke up, it was with a racing heart and a hot blush on
her cheeks. What she hadn't expected was the aching she felt for
the man in her dreams. She touched her forehead, closing her
eyes. The kiss from her dream still felt fresh and warm.

In the morning, Emrys awoke from a happily rested sleep. He
pulled a house coat on and left his large room, walking through
the palace down to the breakfast room. There was already his
favorite tea waiting for him and a small bowl of local fruits.
Amyr walked in and sat down across from him and leaned back in
his chair, crossing his legs over each other.
"Sleep well, cousin?" he asked, grabbing a small fruit from the
bowl and popping it into his mouth. Emrys looked over at him
from over the rim of his tea cup.
"Fine thank you." He finally said after he took his drink. Amyr
       chuckled.
"And your little lamb? Did you find her in her dreams last
night?" Emrys sighed at the question and drank from his tea.
"I'm going to find her one way or another."

She shook off the slight ache between her thighs and started
downstairs for breakfast. She hadn't been touched in so long, be
it sexually or affectionately, and now she was frustrated
because it was only in her dreams. Sighing, she went over and
brewed herself a cup of hot tea, adding some cream and sugar.
"Stupid dreams," she muttered, grabbing eggs and bread to make
toast. Her hair had come unraveled from the braid, falling down
around her body and the silk nightgown she wore. She really
didn't feel like opening the store today, but knew she had to.
After eating her simple breakfast and drinking her tea, she went
to get ready for work. Today she dressed in a black ankle length
peasant skirt, black flats, and a deep ocean blue off the
shoulder blouse. She made her bed, then paused, staring at the
pillow. Biting her lip, she grabbed the coin from beneath it and
tucked it into her bosom, feeling an odd comfort at the
sensation of it against her skin. She combed her hair and pulled
it up into a loose bun, then grabbed her shoulder bag and headed
out to the store. All the while thinking of the man and her
       dreams.

When the coin touched her skin, it began to lightly resonate. It
started out so subtly, and as she got closer to the edge of town
and nearer to the bramble, it resonated even more. It wasn't the
most obvious thing. It didn't light up or anything, its was just
like gentle waves that grew ever so slightly the closer to got.
Emrys finished his tea, listening to Amyr ramble on. He was
always trying to convince him that his bond would come to him
when it was time, but Emrys just didn't believe that. How do you
reach beyond the veil, without going beyond the veil?
He sighed deep and put his cup down on the table.
"Thank you Amyr, but I will handle this. Don't worry, if she's
really my bond, then I won't even need to return to the mortal
realm." He gave a light smirk and then stood and started out to
the garden off of the ground level terrace.

Anya hummed to herself softly as she walked towards town to open
the store, thoughts not really focused on anything. She was
rubbing the coin with her thumb, feeling oddly comforted by it.
She briefly wondered if that man would return to make more
       purchases or not.
Once she crossed into the town business center, she went into
the small Cafe and up to the counter. As she did, a rather
handsome man with short blonde hair and deep brown eyes looked
       up and grinned.
"Good morning Anya, you want your usual?" He asked, staring at
       her in an appreciative way.
"Morning Aodhe, and yes please," she replied with a friendly
smile. She didn't notice his somewhat obvious flirtatious tone
       or gaze.
"So how was your night, anything exciting happen?" He asked as
he turned his back to her, making her drink.
" Oh, not really..." her trailed off slightly as her mind went
straight back to the sinfully handsome man who had came in. Her
       hand tightened around the coin.

       Amyr followed Emrys impatiently.
"Forgive me, but she's a human. What if she doesn't get your
subtle hints? The dreams are just dreams for humans sometimes.
They aren't always messages. And just because you left her a Fae
coin, doesn't mean its going to act as a compass for her. She's
not Fae, so things don't always work the same."
"Amyr...please. I'd like to think my bond is not a completely
dumb empty well." Emrys sneered. Amyr snorted.
"Maybe she's not your bond then." He retorted. Emrys turned
       quickly to him, snarling.
"Look! Stop trying to choose for me. If she's not the one, then
so be it. But you know the bond is never wrong! I could feel
it!" His eyes became a little softer. "She's the one. I just
have to give her time to understand what she's been given."

"Anya? Hello, Anya!" Anya was snapped back out of her thoughts
by Aodhe snapping his fingers in front of her. She blinked
rapidly; he was standing beside her now, very close to her body,
and her drink was on the counter.
"Ah, sorry," she said quickly, her cheeks turning slightly red.
This wasn't from an attraction, more-so the discomfort of having
him so far into her personal space. She grabbed her drink and
went to take a step back, but Aodhe gently grabbed the wrist of
the hand that held the coin. She was so startled, the coin
slipped from her pocket and clanged to the floor.
"Anya, go out on a date with me?" the man asked, a dazzling
smile on his lips. Anya's eyes darted to the coin and then back
       to his.
       "Aodhe, I can't, we're friends---"
"So? Friends can turn into more than that," he interjected
almost arguably. "Come on, one date. We can do dinner and a
       movie."

Amyr clapped a hand on Emrys' shoulder and sighed.
"I'm sure she will figure it out soon enough." Amyr conceded.
Emrys looked over at him and gave him a nod.
"I'm going to go get dressed and maybe head into town and see
how things are going for the festivities." he sighed, running
his hand into his long wavy black-blue hair. "Maybe I'll peak
through the veil again tonight and see what is going on."
As the coin clanged on the floor, it was as if it waited to be
picked back up. And when it wasn't, and this stranger male
insisted upon their date, it's resonance became stronger. A wave
of unease spewed forth from it and absorbed itself directly into
the feet of the man. 'She said nooo~' There was no voice in his
head, but these words would emanate with the uneasy feeling.

Aodhe narrowed his eyes slightly, but as he was overcome with
the odd feeling, he released Anya's wrist and stepped back. She
hurriedly disengaged herself from his gaze and knelt down to
pick the coin up. She immediately felt at ease and slipped it
back into her pocket. She heaved a deep sigh of relief, then
       grabbed her drink.
"Goodbye Aodhe," she said a little sharply before turning on her
heel and rushing out the door, having completely forgot about
her drink. She walked swiftly down the block and rounded the
corner to her shop. She took the keys out of her purse and
unlocked it before stepping inside and relocking it. Rubbing her
temple with her free hand, she went to sit on her stool and
       groaned.
