As the waitress sat their food down, Ami thanked her and looked
at the meal. She had ordered seared duck in a rich, aromatic
port sauce with onion and shallot, paired with a side of creamy
garlic potatoes and roasted broccoli.

Heero started to eat and would watch her every once in a while.
"How's yours?" he asked at one point, taking a drink of the
water he still had at the table.

He looked at her a little hesitant. "Uh..." he looked at her
plate and then to her. "Sure." A slight blush crossed his
cheeks.

She cut him a piece of the meat, swiping it through the sauce,
then leaned over and brought it to his mouth, hand under the
bite to prevent drippings.

He watched her and allowed her to feed him, but in the moment,
as he chewed and swallowed the bit, he grabbed her wrist and
leaned forward quickly, and caught her lips with his, putting
his free hand up and cupping the curve of her face.

Her eyes widened the moment his lips pressed against hers, and
then fell closed just as fast. She dropped her fork and slowly
kissed him back, cheeks flaring with a blush.

As she gave into him, he pressed a bit harder, and he released
her wrist, to mimic his other hand on her other cheek. It was
only a few moments in, when he realized they were in a
restaurant.

looked at him and turned even redder. "Wow...." she whispered.
