Heero shrugged and opened his eyes, looking up at the ceiling.
"That's not a bad idea. Would take some time to get it put into
action though..."

"Hmm...we could look into it." he nodded. He was slowly drifting
off to sleep at this point, not having more than a beer maybe
once a week, three in one night was very soothing for him and
after the day he'd had, it was just what he felt like he needed.

He glanced over at his friend then smiled slightly, standing. He
crossed the room to the chest in the corner and pulled a heavy
throw out of it, placing it over Heero. He then cleaned up
before going to his own room.

In the morning, Heero opened his eyes and looked around
realizing he was still at Duo's. He pushed the blanket off of
him and sat up stretching. He checked his watch and realized he
had to be back to the manor in twenty minutes for the breakfast
he had promised Relena. Quickly, he got up and grabbed his keys
off the counter than headed for the door. He felt bad, leaving
without telling Duo, but he had to go so he wouldn't have to
cause a scene.

Not long after Heero left, Duo was waking. He walked out of his
bedroom and noticed that his friend was gone, so he shrugged and
went to go make himself breakfast. As he heated up the skillet,
he sent him a text. "JUST DO IT"

Heero was already back to the manor when he read the text from
Duo and gave his nonchalant grumble to it. He slipped it back in
his pocket and stepped into the foyer to check that his hair
wasn't a mess. He combed his fingers through and then okay'd
himself to head to breakfast.
Halfway through the meal, Relena put down her utensils and
looked up at Heero with a smile. She folded her hands under her
chin. "Heero, It's been four years since we've officially been
together. Have you ever thought maybe we could get married? Stop
hiding in the shadows around the media and just announce that
we're actually doing something with our lives?" she asked. Heero
paused, staring down at his food. Luckily, he was nearly done
with it.
"Relena, it's not that simple." he plainly said and put his fork
down. He pulled up the napkin and wiped his mouth then proceeded
to get up. "I have some work I need to check up on at the
embassy. Excuse me." Relena began to protest this, scooting her
chair back and standing up.
"Heero Yuy, why won't you talk-"
"We'll talk about it another time." he said plainly and left the
room. Relena sighed in defeat and sat back down.
As Heero walked out the front door, he took his phone from his
pocket and text Duo back. 'Headed to the embassy' he responded
and slipped it back in his pocket.

Duo, mid-shower, heard his phone chime and popped his head out
tobread the notification. He squealed a very girly squeal, then
got back in and ran his hands through his hair. He already
missed the length...
Amilia was already in the kitchens, mostly through the lunch
prep work after having served breakfast to the delegates and
officials who were currently there. She sighed a bit, feeling a
little pang of jealousy as she recalled her best friend gushing
about a new man while they had dinner.
