Avery opened her eyes and turned to look at him. “Really?” She
asked, “I’m sure she wouldn’t mind, she can’t afford to fix it
right now.” She took the time to look at him a bit more than she
had been able to before and she found him amazingly
beautiful...in his handsome, manly way.

Her eyes were weighing heavy as she closed her eyes. “Okay.” She
mumbled, and her head shifted to the side, falling on his
shoulder.
Jackson scrambled around the store for his key and finally found
it down the aisle Avery had started coughing. He sighed,
relieved and picked them up, securing them in his pocket. “Thank
ya Lord.” He whispered as he stood straight and started back out
to the truck to get his sister home. He carefully looked around
to see if Asha was still around before he walked out.
