Kaijuu Sen Kaoru
Birth year: 1987
Hair: Light brown; ponytail to midback
Eyes: Green
Oldest son of:
Kaien Kaoru and Kirie Ariyama
A very serious man, when his parents died, he alone started to
raise his younger siblings. He married his high school
sweetheart and together they had three wonderful children.
Though he's endured an affair and separation, his morals are
still strong and he loves his family. He works to provide them
with what they want, though he only works four days a week, he
brings in quite a salary and spoils his kids.
He still tries to take care of his two youngest siblings, though
they bring everything on themselves, but he isn't one to
abandon.
Jubei Shen Kaoru
Birth year: 1992
Hair: reddish brown; spiky
Eyes: green-gold
Second son of:
Kaien Kaoru and Kirie Ariyama
The second oldest of five, Jubei has tried to help Kaijuu as
much as he can. A gentle natured man, he has a few faults which
almost cost him the love of this life.
He started taking care of his family shrine after his children
started high school. He would do anything for his family, and
tries to guide Suki in the right direction.
He drives a 72-minute commute to provide and support his family,
even though at times his teenagers make it very difficult.
Toshihiro Ren Kaoru
Birth year: 1993
Hair: light brown; layered and to chin
Eyes: blue
Twin son of:
Kaien Kaoru and Kirie Ariyama
Always the older, responsible one, Toshihiro has spent the
majority of his life cleaning up after his twin brother Tenchi.
Quiet and serious, he watches from the sidelines as his twin and
sister make chaos of their lives. He tried once to help Tenchi,
after his wife and unborn child died, bit was useless.
To this day, he takes care of his small family, working as a
company manager and take care of the shrine on the side.
Tenchi Ikai Kaoru
Birth year: 1993
Hair: light brown, spiky
Eyes: blue
Twin son of:
Kaien Kaoru and Kirie Ariyama
A withdrawn, angry man, Tenchi's troubles would start in his
twenties. He would marry his high school sweetheart and they
would immediately start to try for children. Three years and
four miscarriages later, they would be successful. However, a
horrific car crash would steal them from his life. From then on
he would become a violent drunk.
He tries to change though when he's given a second chance to
live and have a family once more.
Satsuki Lei Kaoru
Birth year: 1995
Hair: dirty blonde
Eyes: violet
Youngest daughter of:
Kaien Kaoru and Kirie Ariyama
Satsuki loves her family very much despite their dysfunctional
beginning, due to an affair on her part. She's a stay at home
mother, taking care of things at the Tsutomu temple while her
family works and goes to school.
She has no trouble with her oldest and youngest, it's her
daughter Yume who's the product of the affair. She has joint
custody, but still cannot seem to make her daughter happy.
She's stuggled with what she's done for a good sixteen years,
feeling like she's failed her husband.[/center]

Birth Year: 1988
Hair: Brown; waist length
Eyes: Blue
Oldest daughter of:
Sage Yukiran and Yousai Tsutomu
Once a student to a type of magic as Wiccan, Sugii now cares for
her children as a stay at home mother.
Her past has endured much, being accused of adultery with a man
who sat for her young children, and watch the ongoing battles
that her sister-in-law has put her brother through.
Now being well trained in many things, Sugii uses much of her
time searching for sutras to keep the spirit of her home in
order. Of course, nothing can ever be perfect as long as you
have teenagers in the house.
Hiromasa Shin Tsutomu
Birth year: 1992
Hair: brown; relaxed cut sometimes messy
Eyes: blue
Oldest son of:
Sage Yukiran and Yousai Tsutomu
Proud owner of a very successful dojo, Hiromasa does many thing.
He takes care of his teenage daughters and son.
However loving though, he has many hard time with the middle
child as she was born from adultery and chooses to respect her
'real' father more.
Hiromasa has been known to have a temper, having thrown his fist
through nails and going through fits of rage due to alcohol. But
overall, he loves his family tenderly and would choose death
before intentionally bringing harm to any of them.
Motamorei Lei Tsutomu
Birth year: 1994
Hair: brown; mid-back length
Eyes: blue
Youngest daughter of:
Sage Yukiran and Yousai Tsutomu
Motamorei loves her family. Lord knows every family has their
problems. Aside from their children feuding, you could say
Motamorei has the perfect family life.
She stays at home these days, occasionally helping her brother
run his dojo to bring in extra cash for her teen girls.
This life is peaceful for her. She loves to sit and write short
stories, and help her girls with their day's work. Many times,
however, she is found at the Tsutomu Family Shrine. There she
prays to her ancestors and often 'speaks' with her father who
raised his family alone after his wife died giving birth to
Motamorei.[/center]

was home schooled in the guild until his first years of high

Lucas grew up with his mother, living a hard life after her

learned about his father in Japan and when he turned 17 and
entered his senior year in high school, he began searching for
him. He finally found him three years later as Lucas was
finishing his junior year in college at the same school that his
father attended during the fling he had with Lucas' mother.
After graduating college,
Lucas saved up some money to pay for the trip to Japan and
enough money to live on once there in case he found it difficult
to tie down a father/son relationship with this man. Lucas is
strong and resilient, always able to overcome almost any
obstacle. He looks to family when in need, but more than
anything, has always taken care of his family before

intimidating, he's always working out or volunteering at places.
He lives in a very expensive loft. No one knows how he affords

Yukina Kodai

She lives away from the guild in an apartment near the dance
studio her mother studied at. She also studies dance, as well as

Kazuya Kodai
