"No," he growled softly; even when angry his voice was $exy.
"What?... no way. There's no f*cking way. Are you kidding??...
No, I'm busy!!... fine. Tonight. Yeah whatever." He aggressively
pushed the 'end call' button on his phone, muttering about how
he wished he still had a flip phone so she could have heard him
'slamming' the phone shut.

The doors opened and she was a little perturbed. Who the f*ck is
Hilde? And if he was so angry talking to her, then why was he
agreeing to see her? D*mnit...what the f*ck? She walked out of
the elevator quietly and found his car.

He raked a hand through his hair as he followed her out. "Sorry
about that," he murmured, hoping he didn't scare her off.

She looked at him, agitated. "Done with me already?" She
grumbled, folding her arms across her chest in annoyance as she
waited for his car to be unlocked.

He stared at her. "Seriously?" He started to open his mouth to
say something else, then shook his head and unlocked the car
using his key fob. Without a word, he got in and shut the door,
buckling up.

pocket and started to get out of the car.

scowled and hit his foot on the gas. He peeled out, leaving
behind a cloud of smoke.
