Ami glanced at Heero curiously, strands of hair falling into her
light violet eyes.
Duo smiled as their food came. "Fair enough," he replied.

Heero smiled slightly, and untied the ribbon from his thigh.
When he slipped it off, he gently folded it into his palm and
offered it back to her.
Michelle smiled and looked at Ami and Heero. She nudged Duo
quietly.

Ami glanced down at her palm and when she saw the ribbon she
flushed slightly. Instead of accepting it, she pressed it back
into his palm and held his hand firmly, as if to say "I want you
to keep it."
Duo glanced at them in surprise and smiled a little. He then
returned to eating so they could get to the "date" part.

Heero's hair fell in his eyes as he looked down at her hand in
his. His cheeks we slightly red now. "Would you...like to go out
with me tonight as well?" he spoke quietly, for the first time
since they'd sat together.
Michelle watched under the lids of her eyes as she ate her food
that had been recently set before them. She turned to Duo and
whispered. "She's the one who saved his life..." she bragged.

Ami remained silent for a few moments, reveling in the huskiness
of his voice. A slow smile curled her lips and she looked at her
food, nodding. "I would," she replied softly as she started to
eat with her free hand.
Duo's eyes widened as he looked at her. "No shit?" he whispered.
"He's been obsessed with her..."

Heero blushed a bit more, keeping a straight face and retied the
ribbon back around his thigh. He then looked back at her and
then to his food in which he started to eat.
Michelle's eyes widened a bit and then smiled. "Isn't that
amazing?" she started, whispering at first then raising the
volume. "We all came together with only a few things in mind and
here we are. I'm so proud and happy to be able to meet you guys.
It's been a major dream of mine. You two have been reunited by
some miracle."

Ami's cheeks burned but she nodded a little, agreeing with
Michelle as she ate silently.
Duo watched Michelle and smiled more. "You really are
something," he murmured, in awe. "I'm glad we ran into each
other."

Heero just nodded and continued eating.
Michelle smiled. "I'm glad too. I think this is so much fun and
I am so ready to see what might come of this night."

After dinner, Duo drove them to a theatre and got them tickets
to see a movie. He grabbed Michelle's hand and headed for the
concession line. "I'll grab the snacks, Heero, you and Ami save
us seats!"
Ami looked up at Heero then started into the theatre the movie
was in.

Michelle stared at Duo's hand in hers for a few moments while he
spoke. She was looking at how his calloused hands fit so well in
hers. She bit her bottom lip and wiggled her fingers around in
his grasp a bit. She then looked up at him and grinned. "Duo?"
she asked, almost entranced by him.
Heero paused as Duo told him what to do and sighed. He grumbled
as he followed Ami into the theater. Once they had chosen their
seats, he sat down next to Ami. He turned his head toward her
and looked at her. "I'm sorry about dinner..." he murmured.
