Duo held his hand out to her with a smile. "How about that
breakfast?" he asked.
Ami shook her head and held him tighter. "OZ... It's OZ's
fault... they forced my parents to work on that base."

walk out with her.
Ami looked up at him and moved some hair out of his face, "Heero
please." she murmured. "Don't burden yourself..."

Michelle grinned and walked with him. As they walked she didn't
speak much, unsure of what they could talk about after she felt
so awkward with his being undressed the whole night next to her
in bed.
Heero shook his head. "I've killed to many people in my life..."
he sighed.

Duo grabbed his keys on the way out, and opened her door for her
again. "My lady," he winked.
Ami closed her eyes and pressed her forehead to his shoulder.
She wasn't sure what to say. The war was far from over...

Heero sighed heavily and sat up straight. He ran his arm over
his face and stood up. "Can I...get you anything?" he asked

He bowed exaggeratedly and grinned, shutting her door. He walked
over and got into the driver's side and headed for the diner.
Before Ami could reply, the laptop in the corner of the room
beeped. The next mission had come in.

Duo hummed as they pulled into the diner, and cut the engine. He
got out and went to open her door.
Ami watched his expression and then pulled him back down.
"Heero..." she murmured. "This will probably be the last time I
ever see you..."
