"I um..." she sighed and suddenly tears burst through. "I need
you Duo." she told him through her tears. It was something that
had never happened like this. There had been another time where
she'd tried to fool him into staying. But there was no emotion.
Only that silky voice of seduction. "I don't want this for us. I
don't want anyone else, I don't want to wake up in the morning
and either be alone, or see another person's face next to me."
She stopped and sobbed something horrible. "Please..." she
begged, bawling into the phone.

Duo inhaled sharply as she spoke and closed his eyes. "Do... do
you really mean it?" he whispered, voice thick with hidden
emotion.

Her tears her soaking her cheeks as she spoke to him. "I really
mean it, Duo. I can't do this without you. I don't know what I
was thinking. I just..." she sniffled and choked back and sob.

He sighed shakily as he tried to hold back his tears. "Come home
baby," he whispered. "Come home to me..."

She started her car. "I love you so much, Duo!" She cried into
the phone.

Michelle nodded and dropped her phone to her lap. Her tears
continued to stream down her cheeks. A smile came across her
face as she pulled out. How was he letting this happen so
easily? she wondered. Was he really that easy to forgive her?
She blushed and wipes her tears away. It didn't matter, he was
actually taking her back. She wasn't even sure that would
happen.

Duo paid his tab and walked out to his car. He got in and turned
the key in the ignition and started driving home. This time away
from Michelle had certainly given him time to think, and he
finally had his idea of happiness. He was willing to work
harder.

Michelle sped home as fast as she could without going to far
over the speed limit. She pulled into the driveway and got out
of the car. She looked up at the house and sighed. She smiled
and walked up to the front steps and sat down, waiting.

Duo pulled up a few moments later and got out of the car,
shutting the door. He saw her and quickly walked over, pulling
her up against him in a tight hug.
