He put the crumpled papers up in her face and just stood there,

Ami looked at the papers then at his expression, and forced his
hand out of her face.
"Well what the f*ck do you expect?" she snarled at him. "You
could never man up and tell Bulma about Lori, so I figured you
wouldn't mind seeing as how Heero's more of a father to her than
YOU! I have no desire for such a pathetic excuse for a man to
even be allowed to consider himself a part of her life! That
time I left was the MOST time you've EVER spent with her, and
I'll bet that Trunks was the one who took care of her!!"

Vegeta growled and crumpled the paper tighter in his hand.
"What...?!" He aura grew as he became angry. "I just told Bulma
everything! I just told her everything she never knew before!
And now suddenly....how the H*LL is Heero going to father up?!
He's dead!"

"He's not, I've been here with him!" she snapped back at him,
her own aura growing. "And I bet the ONLY reason you told Bulma
was because your dumb *ss opened the papers right there in front
of her! Otherwise we'd still be your dirty little secret!"

He stopped and stared at her. His frustration was very obvious
as his energy coursed through the empty air. He then glared at
her. "Fine Ami...fine. You want it this way?! Then don't come to
me when your precious little human can't make you happy anymore.
Don't look to me when you're bored of your pathetic human life.
I won't be there for you." He watched her for only an instant
before he turned and started to leave.

As much as she hated to admit it, Ami's heart was breaking right
now. She wanted to stop, she wanted to cry and apologize; beg
him not to do this... But she had her pride as a woman also.
"You were never fully there for me Vegeta," she whispered,
staring at his back through a veil of tears. "I left my husband
and was ready to be with you... and all you could say was that
you had it good with Bulma, so why ruin that... Sh*t, I was
ready to do the full on mating that saiyans do... and you
refused me." Her power level was dropping now. The sadness in
her voice evident, despite the anger that still coursed through
her.

He stopped short and turned back to her. "You were never fully
ready to do anything with me. Why do you think I kept telling
you no? Everytime you told me you were ready to leave Heero,
he'd do what he's best at. He'd drive you to stay and you'd come
right straight back. I wasn't about to leave my son and
daughter's mother for you if you didn't even know what it truly
was that you wanted. But it's fine Ami. You've made it perfectly
clear. Stay with your human. I'm going home..." He did feel a
bit of sadness, having his daughter stripped from him. But he
had no choice. Ami wouldn't take him and Bulma was about ready
to leave him if he didn't. This was what had to be done.
Besides, planet or no planet, he was still a GD Prince, affairs
were not allowed!

Something inside her broke... more like shattered. She marched
right up to him and grabbed his shoulder to spin him around
before cold clocking him with a good right hook.

Before Vegeta could even blink, he was being hurdled across the
front lawn. He groaned as he got up and rubbed his cheek. He
looked back at Ami and scowled at her; nothing to say.
