Michelle watched him walk away and then dropped her gaze to the
floor as she walked to her bed and dropped onto her butt, now
staring at the floor, slouching.

Duo got dressed in silence, pulling on his jeans and his black
tee. He sat down beside her and start to put on socks and shoes.

She didn't want to let him go as he held her then released her
to go. But she didn't chase him, instead she laid a kiss on his
neck and let him go, watching him walk away for hopefully, not
the last time.

Ami had awoken, alone, and immediately started breakfast. She
was sure by now the "prince" had received his papers, and she
was practically just waiting for him to bust in through the
roof. However as the children continued to sleep, she drank her
smoothie and enjoyed the silence.

He did however come pounding as loud and obnoxiously as he could
on her front door.
"Ami! I know you're in there!! Answer the door....now..." The
papers he had been served with crumpled in his fisted hand and
if he'd laser vision he'd be burning holes through her door at
this moment.
