A terrible sadness began in Ami as Heero threw himself on the
couch. She blinked back tears and mechanically went upstairs to
the bedroom that had not been touched in over a month. She
crawled into their lonely bed and curled up on Heero's side,
burying her face in the pillow. It smelled musky, and of spice,
just like him. She had a decision to make, and it wasn't going
to be easy..
Duo was driving home for lunch, whistling. He was looking
forward to lunch with his wife. Neither of them knew she was
pregnant yet.

Heero grumbled a sigh and laid on the couch, with his arm
covering his eyes.
Michelle began sweeping the kitchen, after she finished dusting
the entire house. When she finished, she would start making
dinner before kids returned home from school.

Duo pulled into the driveway and walked in, setting his
briefcase down. "Micki? I'm home," he called out.

"Good!" she sighed, exhausted. "You can finish dinner." She
chuckled and walked out of the kitchen handing him the spatula.
"I'm tired..." She kissed his cheek and then walked to the
living room and fell onto the couch.

Duo rolled his eyes slightly, with a chuckle, and went into the
kitchen to finish it.

"It's a good thing all of our kids are finally in school." she
called out to him. "I'd never get anything done around here. I
barely manage to get it all done when they are gone." She
chuckled and turned on the television.

"Only because you would never let me hire someone to help..." he
called back to her, finishing up with the dinner. He put it in
the oven then got in the fridge and heated himself up some
leftovers. Grabbing a coke, he walked into the living room and
sat down in the chair by her.

She arched her neck backwards and looked at him over the arm of
the couch. "Why would I want some bimbo in our house cleaning it
in a way that I would hate?" She laughed a bit and went back to
the tv, turning it through the channels before stopping on a
show about meerkats on Animal Planet. "Ooooh!!! Duo!! Want some
coffee!?!?!" she laughed, turning around onto her stomach to
look at him.

She laughed a bit and turned back over watching tv. Her stomach
grumbled loudly and she groaned sitting up. "Ugh...so hungry..."
