Michelle noticed Duo emerge from their room and shut the vacuum
cleaner down. She put it away in the closet and then tip-toed
into the bathroom with him, deciding she wanted some more
personal time with him. She too stripped her clothes and slipped
in the shower behind him, wrapping her arms around his torso and
pressing her face to his back. She moaned slightly with a smile,
hugging him.
Vegeta looked over at Ami as Junior went to play with his
daughter. "Where's the pilot?" he asked with a grumble and a
quirked eyebrow.

Duo laid his arms over hers with a quiet chuckle, and swayed
with her gently. The water cascaded down their bodies, matting
their hair.
"He's gone." was Ami's simple reply. She watched her children
quietly as the breeze blew strands of her hair around her face.

Heero sat in J's office waiting for the old man to come back
with supplies to help fix him up. A loud siren like noise came
over the television and caught Heero's attention. He looked over
and the news was showing footage of last night's wreckage,
repeating it. Then a reporter came on with 'breaking news'.
Heero's eyes widened as they began speaking to the public
informing them that Relena's autopsy had been thoroughly
completed. Her death had not only been a loss of her own life,
but they reported that she had been carrying an eight week old
embryo in her womb. Heero's fist balled up tight, turning his
knuckles white. He had tried so hard to be rid of her and
hopefully gain Ami back, now, if she were watching, he'd lose
her for good, knowing that his story was only a half lie. He
hung his head low and grumbled to himself as J walked in. He
said nothing as he started to properly reset Heero's broken leg.
Vegeta smirked out the corner of his mouth facing away from her.
"Sorry..." he mumbled. Then, Trunks came running out in a panic.
"Ami!! Come look at this!!" he called, running back inside.

Ami frowned then stood up and followed Trunks inside. She saw
the newscast. Eight-week-old embryo... The words stuck to her
like white on rice. He had lied. Staring blankly at the TV, what
appeared to be electricity sparked around her like an aura.
"So...he got her pregnant...." she muttered, slowly curling her
hands into fists. Rageful tears started pouring down her cheeks,
her hair was beginning to look like it was floating. And oddly
enough, her eyes were flashing to a bright turquoise.

Trunks stared at her, a panic flowing through him. Quickly, he
tackled her down and pinned her to the floor, changing to his
SSJ form as well. "Ami!" he yelled into her face. "Calm down!"
He looked at her angrily, more panicked than anything though.
Vegeta felt the surge of energy and bolted inside to find Trunks
pinning her down. "What the hell!!"
J finished with Heero's leg, wrapping it in a proper cast and
then gave him a ride back home. Heero limped into the house and
went to the kitchen pulling an old six pack from the fridge and
going back to the living room. He turned his stereo on blast
some heavy metal music and threw himself on the couch. He then
began drinking his beers, slowly though due to the limited
amount.

"Get...off...of...ME!!!" Ami screamed as she struggled
underneath the saiyan. Finally she arched, kicking Trunks off of
her in an explosion of energy and power. Her hair was platinum
blonde, her eyes turquoise and narrowed, filled with tears. She
was trembling in anger and pain, and her power was surging even
more. She had finally gone SSJ and now she was rapidly on her
way to SSJ2.
Meanwhile Junior and Lori are playing doctor. [[No you pervert
not THAT doctor! D:<]]

Trunks landed quickly to his feet and took stance. Vegeta glared
at him for a moment and then went over to Ami, taking her
heavily by her shoulders. He powered up to his max and stared
her down. "He's dead Ami!!!" he yelled, pushing against her
energy with his own. He'd managed to see the last bit of the
news cast before they ended it. "You can't undo any of this.
They are all dead!" He kept perfect eye contact with her as he
held her shoulder's tightly.

As Vegeta grabbed her shoulders, it forced her to look him in
the eyes. She vaguely heard him shouting at her and once she
felt his energy pressing against her own, her power signal
virtually disappeared. Her hair returned to its natural brown,
and her eyes darkened back to their original color. The tears
however, remained, and spilled more freely then before as the
saiyan woman collapsed against Vegeta and sobbed into his chest.
At least when she slept with Vegeta and conceived Lori, she had
been honest with Heero...

Vegeta pulled her against him, pressing her body against his
tightly. His entire muscled frame engulfed her in his warm
embrace and he put his face into her hair, whispering.
"Ami...I'm here for you now...and I will figure something out."
He'd said this so low that Trunks would not have heard him.
Trunks was still upset by the idea of seeing Ami in his father's
arms and all while his mother was away.

Ami cried quietly against Vegeta, nodding slightly to
acknowledge his statement. She trembled and clung to him, not
even noticing Junior bringing in Lori. "Ma..." the toddler
whimpered, holding her arms up. Junior looked angry, on the
verge of tears even.
