Michelle blushed as Goku walked in and she tried to hide it by
walking over to Ami. "What happened?" she asked, leaning against
a different counter.
Vegeta rolled his eyes when Goku showed up. "Good lord..." he
grumbled. 'Can't have a minute alone...' he thought to himself.

"I-i just lost my temper is all...I'll uh...explain it to you
later..." she cleared her throat giving her best friend and
brother a pleading look. Goku blinked then walked over to
Michelle and placed a hand on her shoulder.
"Let's get outta here. Besides, I wanna talk to you about DJ..."
he smiled and turned, leading her out the door.

Michelle sighed and looked at Ami. She gave her a look that told
her to remember she was still married. Of course Michelle had no
room to talk. She had four children, two of them were not her
husband's. She walked out with Goku and went back to her car.
Vegeta watched them leave and groaned. "Now...explain." he
spoke, a stern note in his voice.

Ami looked up Vegeta tiredly. "I caught Heero cheating...with
Relena...he booked them an expensive hotel room and bought her a
very expensive necklace. I have the proof. And...I'm done. I'm
going to leave him..." she mumbled tiredly, tears starting in
her eyes. "He had his chance."
"About DJ...." Goku rubbed the back of his head nervously as he
stood by Michelle's car with her. "I want to start training
him."

Vegeta's heart skipped a beat to hear her words. But on the
outside, he looked completely uninterested. "Hmph...and what's
this got to do with me?" he spoke arrogantly.
Michelle looked up at him through serious eyebrows. "You what?"
she asked, raising one eyebrow. "Goku, he's seven!"

"Whatever you want it to be," she spoke carefully, looking at up
at him. She knew he was still with Bulma, and he had two
children with her as well. "I am hoping though...to be yours."
"And Gohan was even younger when he started to train, as was I!"
Goku protested, almost pouting.

Vegeta looked at her and quickly looked away when she spoke.
"You know that's not possible...I mean, Bulma..." he spoke,
trying to hold back a stammer.
Michelle sighed heavily. "He's started getting his grades
together and he's on the summer football league. Isn't that
enough for now? Can't we wait until he's a little older?" She
knew that training DJ meant he was becoming of Saiyan age. He
had to start working on his energy levels and figure out how to
control them before they controlled him. She clutched her car
door, a bit shaky.

"Of course..." Ami forced a smile on her face. "It was only an
idea after all. I can't ask you to leave your family for me and
Lori..." The house began ringing then and when she glanced at
the caller ID she saw that it was Heero.
"No Michelle. He has to start now, him being in sports will
increase the risk of his power just exploding and him seriously
hurting someone!" He rubbed the bridge of his nose.

"Ami, I'm sorry alright?" he started. " I can't only do so much.
I mean, I guess since my kids are old enough now it wouldn't
hurt. But it's the leaving...Bulma and I have put a lot into our
relationship." He sighed heavily. "I just don't know..."
"But Goku..." she whined a little. "It's just...he's still my
baby..."

Ami stood on her toes and kissed Vegeta's forehead. "It's
okay...I understand. I've got to take this call though." she
said quietly, picking up the phone. "Yes Heero?"
Goku sighed and ran a hand through his spiky hair. "I know, I
know...but it needs to be done."
