       Our baby just crossed the rainbow bridge

       Our long time companion and friend has gone over the Rainbow
       Bridge today. He was almost 11 years old and was slowing down.
       For the last several days he was not eating and generally not
       doing well. We took him to the vet this morning and his kidneys
       were failing and had infections and other age related issues. It
       was a tough decision but it was time to let him go to a better
       place.
       We will certainly miss him. He was a great companion for a lot
       of years. Rip Barkley! We love you.
