       Before requesting help on these forums, please read the
       following guidelines:
       - Should you ask for help in the forum, or call the POWER
       support desk? If your query is specific to your dealership, or
       if it can only be answered by one of our support team, then you
       should log a call with POWER support. We cannot reset passwords
       or answer dealer-specific queries via these forums.
       - Have you searched the forum for similar queries? Someone else
       may have asked the same question previously, and an answer may
       already have been given.
       - Are you posting on the correct board? This board is for POWER
       Help only. If you require support for any of our other DMS,
       please navigate to the correct board.
       - Bear with us If your query hasn't been answered as quickly as
       you'd have liked, please be patient and do not 'bump' your
       thread. We work from the bottom of the pile upwards so you may
       be placing yourself at the back of the queue.
       Please feel free to assist other users of the system and offer
       your help and advice. However, please bear in mind when taking
       advice from other users that each dealership may have a
       different setup with different reflexes, and so ultimately
       Kalamazoo-Reynolds representatives may be able to offer the most
       tailored advice.
