       I've forgotten how to produce a service invoice! I've costed the
       job, but can't remember what to do next! :o

       Go to Service Invoice Calculations and invoice from there  :)

       As testkzoo2 said below, you will be able to invoice from the
       Service Invoice Calculations subscreen (Ctrl + I). Choose the
       type of invoice you want to produce (pro-forma first, and then
       final afterwards) and press F12. Don't forget to check the
       payment type! ;D
