       RCI 2970 Clarifier Modification
       Locate R-197
       Unsolder the wire lead side of R197 that goes to the black wire
       of plug
       Make sure that the "hole" is cleaned out good from where R197
       was removed
       Solder a piece of wire from this hole to Pin #3 of IC6 (about 6
       inches)
       Remove D-59 & the rest of R197
       L27 = AM
       L28 = LSB/CW
       L29 = USB
