       Euro 3900 Power Modification
       Locate the trim caps labeled "AMP", "MOD" AND "SSB".
       Turn these adjustment screws all the way to the right.
       These caps are on the same board as CN5, but on the oppisite
       end.
       Thats all there is to it.
       You should see around 15 watts on AM and 25 watts on SSB
