       Please follow the following rules.
       1- Use the search button to check if its what you are going to
       suggest has been suggested before. if not ->
       2- Make the subject matching what you want to suggest.
       3- Have a description if its for servers or forum, this helps us
       a lot.
       4- Add a poll with two options "+ vote" and "- vote" (this is to
       prevent spam/post boost)
       5- no replies that says + or - vote, this counts as spam/post
       boost.
