       [IMPORTANT] When You Are Reporting an Admin/VIP

       This is very IMPORTANT, if you are to report an ADMINISTRATOR or
       VIP of any level you need to make sure you have the following
       information.
       - Username (The exact username)
       - Date and Time (please try to specify and date and time)
       - Why you are reporting them (for example - Mass kicking,
       teleporting to you and killing you)
       - Evidence (It is extremely important that you have evidence,
       without this it makes it harder for us to check)
       Reporting an Administrator is just as, if not more, important
       that reporting a player for using hacks, the server has to be
       run in a mature and trusting fashion so we need to be sure on
       who is not mature enough to stay on the administrative team.
       NOTE: TO OTHER ADMINISTRATORS: Please can you also follow this
       when reporting another administrator, Thank you.
