       Why GTA IV lags on my PC

       Grand Theft Auto IV is the first game which is not optimized for
       PC. The max payne 3, which was release about 5 years late after
       the release of Grand Theft Auto IV runs smoother, because Max
       Payne 3 was optimized for PC. Yes, the new updates of GTA IV
       reduces lag, but not completely. Although, if you want to
       download those updates and test your game, you can download all
       updates from the Official Rockstar Games Forum (The link is
       given below), but it's better to play another game, rather than
       trying some sort of FPS adjusters. This game is a issue on all
       PCs like Core 2 Quad and Core i3.
