       8.(IMPORTANT)YOU CANT GIVE MINIGUN TO ANOTHER PLAYER AND TO YOU
       TOO!
       9.You Arent Allowed To Argue With Someone!
       10.(IMPORTANT TOO)YOU CANT RESET CAR,BUSINESS OR HOUSE TO EACH
