Idea for B/B

For Barracks, that is the normal place where Soldiers talk. And
Bunker is for voting, even though I think you only really need
Barracks lol :P But anyway, maybe add this to the Bunker
Description, 'Where Soldiers suggest and vote for new Soldiers.'
