DJ SkyNight - A trial General

He wants to know what it's like. He seems very trustworthy, so
maybe he can prove himself worthy of a perma General Rank. The
cool things about general rank are:
You can see:
Lieutenant League
B/B (Bunker/Barracks)
Bad thing:
You cannot see Private Compound.
I'm working on a category for only Generals. I'll make a thread
about it soon.
