I think you should pick me because I could accept/deny idea's
like if there not possible E.G being able to change the name of
the forums them self's.
Or stupid idea's like girls for pictures.
Good idea's would be changing the style or more awards.
I think you should pick me because I'd help you accept/deny
posts so you don't have to do so many at one time.

I am a mature and trustworthy person. And an active at the same
time. I know when there is a time (or need of) laughter and also
matureness. I admit I am not perfect and not all I do is right
BUT I can handle situations that may break out over certain
ideas, which will be resolved within a day ;) As I said, I am
active, so you can concentrate on setting everything else up KB.
I would make solid rules on the type of ideas posted. It is a
serious thing, improving the forum. Also I know instinctively if
the idea is a good one, not just choosing it because we need
something. I take my time and go through it weighing up the pros
and cons. And if the pros outweigh the cons, so be it. If I do
not understand something I will ask, I am not ashamed not afraid
to ask. Because if you don't it may lead to a stupid (pardon my
french) choice.
I hope all this has convinced you and you pick me to join this
awesome organisation. Thank you for taking the agonizing time to
read this.

I know it says you don't need anymore helpers, but I may be able
to squeeze in out of pure chance :)
I like to think of myself a a mature and calm member. I am
pretty much never stressed and a kewl kitteh. If I were a
helper, I would consider the pro's and con's of something before
I make a solid verdict.
There is a time and place for silly idea's that break the ToS
(POW camp).
If I find A decision difficult, I will not flip a coin, I would
ask for assistants. As I believe forum staff should be a team,
and if there is a falling out among them, they should sort it
out asap, as it may effect there performance.
