I can see your point but you need to explain it further. Sploder
has a category for it, and you can always post it into the Staff
category.

Ok, Staff can easily post whatever in barracks or LL. But what
about citizens? If they post it in general, people may be noobs
and post in it, and that means more work for staff, deleting
people's posts, or warning noobs.
A solution could be to let owners of threads delete any posts on
there thread, but If this were to happen, a member could post
something racist, but the owner of the thread of deleted it
before a moderator saw it, no quote's, and no evidence.

Yeah, but anyone can still see it, so it wouldn't matter. Also,
no one here needs it at the moment.
I would only consider this is more active members come, but then
again you can use SF's Private Messages.
If people are being noobs and posting, well they know they
shouldn't be doing that and they should know (read the rules)
what the punishment is.
