chemicals to remove urine from drinking water?

Sorry if this sounds bizarre....but
Let's say you have about 2 pints of potable water in a clear
bottle, and a few ounces of human urine have settled to the
bottom of it.
Are there any chemicals you can drop into the water to remove
the yellow color (hemoglobin?) and the odor/taste (ammonia?
urea?) from the water?
...not saying the water has to be drinkable; just clear and odor
free, after the chemical treatment
