       A highly inflammable organic liquid, X, fairly soluble in water,
       but miscible in all proportions with ethanol is synthesised from
       the dehydration of ethanol.
       The temperature, carefully regulated and the mole ratio of
       X to Ethanol is 1:2
       When Two CH2 groups are removed from the molecular formula of X,
       X becomes isomeric with its precursor. What is X?
